I’m a freshman undergrad at MIT with a huge propensity for enabling human interaction, and an overwhelming passion for developing the best digital experiences.
I have an official Media Lab project that I’m parter on, Swÿp. I began Swÿp before entering MIT, and have since worked with the best EECS students on campus to make parts of this project happen (media.swyp.us).
I assembled the team that won the Facebook hackathon at MIT this year for a technology called “swÿp-to-room,” allowing file content to be temporarily pinned to a location, and picked up by those nearby (on.fb.me/hack2room).
I organized the MIT Campus Preview Weekend, for considering pre-freshman, event for entrepreneurship, a smashing success and a new offering to the “CPW” scene (mite.eventbrite.com).
I’m a 2012 McGovern Entrepreneurship Award recipient at MIT for my efforts in beginning an entrepreneurs’ co-learning and support community-- one of only two freshman to win a campus-wide award in 2012 (awards.mit.edu/recipients/2012).
